9. Governing law, venue, and consumers
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction. Courts in Copenhagen have jurisdiction for business disputes. Consumers resident in the EU retain the right to sue in their home courts where EU regulations so provide and retain non-waivable protections under the Refund Policy.
10. Paid advertising and landing page accuracy
Traffic from paid advertising must reach content that clearly identifies Shimvorndhit.world as the contracting trader, states that Belvoro is a food supplement (not a medicine), and presents pricing and VAT on the same honest basis as checkout. We do not permit partners to imply endorsement by advertising platforms or to use unauthorised disease-related claims. Nutrition and health communications follow EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
11. Changes and severability
We may modify these Terms; the effective date above indicates the latest revision. If a provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Continued use after reasonable notice constitutes acceptance except where consent is separately required.
