1. Applicability and hierarchy
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these return rules apply to purchases made through our website. Mandatory provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act as amended for consumers prevail over conflicting contract terms.
2. EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Danish law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement sent before the deadline expires. Email satisfies this requirement. We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay.
3. Hygiene-related and sealed products
Food supplements supplied in sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, if sealing was appropriate and you were informed of the loss of withdrawal rights. If the seal remains intact and the goods are resalable, withdrawal remains available subject to return logistics.
Where packaging was damaged in transit before you opened it, treat the matter as a defect claim rather than a change-of-mind withdrawal.
4. Return shipment and condition
Following a valid withdrawal notice, return goods without undue delay and within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless we offered free returns for the campaign in question or the goods were faulty. Use tracked shipping and retain proof of postage until reimbursement clears.
Returned goods must show no more than handling consistent with inspecting them in a retail shop. We may reduce reimbursement if value has diminished through handling beyond what is necessary.
5. Refund timing and method
We reimburse all payments received from you, including outbound delivery charges at the least expensive standard rate we offer, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice or proof of return, whichever is earlier. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or evidence that you dispatched them.
Refunds use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur fees solely because of reimbursement processing.
6. Legal conformity and defects
If goods are not as described, lack agreed features, or show defects at delivery, consumer remedies under the Sale of Goods Act may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination, depending on proportionality and timing. Notify us with photographs within forty-eight hours of delivery when outer packaging shows damage.
We cover reasonable return shipping for substantiated defects. Professional assessments may be coordinated when disputes arise about whether a deviation is material.
7. Non-consumer and wholesale purchasers
Business customers are governed by the applicable B2B contract and the Danish Sale of Goods Act provisions for commercial sales, which differ from consumer withdrawal rights. Custom formulations or labelled batches may be non-cancellable once production starts; such limitations will appear in order acknowledgements.
8. Chargebacks and good-faith resolution
We encourage you to contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can trace the shipment or process a refund. Chargebacks filed without prior notice may delay resolution while banks complete investigations.
